Forget the decor here, I'm just reviewing the food. It is one of my favourite restaurants in the world. It's original Chinese catering to the increasing Chinese community in Dubai. No frills restaurant with fabulous and spicy Sichuan food. Our usual order is no.2 Chinese veggies, no 20- Rice with veg in a wooden bucket, 22- bean curd and brocolli and 43- fried tofu with pepper! Nice. Tried it for the first time. Shabu shabu, fried dumplings and spicy tofu. Suited my taste buds. Happy to try different cuisines everytime. Overall good customer service and satisfying food
Healthy foods , food trip and bonding with friends and family. Shabu shabu Mixed seafoods with vegetable . Sizzling seafood is very delicious.

I n would say if you are in the area and want to try some real Chinese food then look no further otherwise you may stumble onto some fake stuff. I recommend not going with the stir fried rice and noodle dishes but rather plain rice with any of the dishes in the menu and you enjoy yourself and be introduced to the real of authentic Chinese cuisines.
Nothing beats the outdoor shabu-shabu style of this reataurant. Unfortunately, the chicken feet is a little hard than usual. The dumplings doesnt look that presentable. But all in all, I'll give it a 3.5
