Overall great experience on the drive-thru at this Burger King. There were two vehicles before me when I ordered my food. I waited less than five minutes to my Whopper Jr. The young lady in the window was friendly, professional and very efficient. I don't work here and I'm not out of this area. What Ward Harvey doesn't like about Burger King:
Just close this location. When it is open, the service is trash. Waiting in drive through for 15 minutes and the car at the speaker still had not ordered. Pulled around for my husband to go inside to order. While waiting in the car, two employees were outside smoking. Another two pulled up and joined them smoking. This is my local Burger King and in the last couple of months there has been a complete 180 degree turn around for this location. Special shout out to Erin the store manager for making this happen. I enjoy living in this community it’s not perfect but currently it’s mind and i enjoy getting service that we deserve. Thank you again for all your hard work.
OPEN THE INSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT!! Why is it closed? Not everybody can go through the drive-through! It’s almost like you don’t want to have any business!!! … SMH. You can’t make money if nobody can go in! Seems like you want to get shut down like the one just did on Ridgewood… Not because of location… Not because of the food… But because of employees… I see them inside doing nothing… The door is locked… And they won’t answer the drive-through… This has happened several times in the last few weeks…. What a way to make a dollar… Lol.
Just had to chime in with everyone else. Usually only come for breakfast. Read the other reviews and almost everyone mentioned they're always out of something. Drove here just for the spicy chicken sandwich. And guess what? They're out. LOL
I used to really enjoy going to the Burger King about 5 months ago but it's changed since then the workers have changed and so is the environment.... Definitely not the same friendly experience I used to have. I came with my friend and we had two separate orders and they told us that we was not allowed to have two separate orders we had to order one order because he was in one car but yet we are two different people with two different credit cards. So how does it work when we got to pay like that? I think that they were just being rude and a little disrespectful.
