Grease with a side of grease. The burgers here are messy, gloppy and greasy with little flavor. Can't wrap my head around why they serve up gob-o-grease burgers in a wire basket lined with only a thin piece of paper knowing the river of grease is going to soak through and pool up on the table underneath. Overpriced, low rate food. View all feedback.

When I tell you that my crispy chicken sandwich was so hard and burnt that one could not even bite in him, it's the truth! I live 15 minutes away, so I called her. You said it's probably the oil it does. The guy who changes the oil will not be in the box later. I love it that I waited so long to get one, but I ended up with two and it was so good
Faster and friendly service. the two girls working at the front were super sweet!
It was good. a smile and friendly people work there.
Smasburger grows on us, absolutely consistent, good service delivered to the table, beer which is a plus over 5 Guys, and the hot dogs are not bad either.
