cookie stale ...the white icing crumbled in dry pieces and fell off cookie when trying to eat....I would take a pic and show it if I could....I have never had this kind of problem with this cookie co....Not a happy customer View all feedback.

Enjoyed my cookies and experience at Great American Cookie. We got a 6 pack of cookies. I personally enjoyed a M&M cookie and peanut butter. Good stuff; nice folks working there. Thank you and Yum!
10/10/20...My fiance got our group (6 of us) a chocolate chip cookie from here. We all love soft chocolate chip cookies these were perfect.
The inscription on the oversized cookie was exactly what I was looking for. This was a gift for a friend who was feeling under the weather and it brought them joy. Thank you very much!
The cookies were fresh and delicious. However, the brownies were quite stale. It was very disappointing.
