I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the staff to be very friendly. The food was quite good as well, and the new building has a nice atmosphere. However, my sandwich had slightly soggy bread due to the toppings. It might be worth suggesting a toasted bread option to prevent this in the future. View all feedback.
If you decide to stop for lunch or dinner. The Hawthorne House is a mile away. A fantastic home in the Dayton area. Home to Orville and Wilbur Wright

I want to give a huge shout out to Firehouse Subs in Oakwood! I was scrambling a bit as usual , and they put together two platters serving 30 with less than two days notice *sigh of relief* . I was convinced manager/owner, Seth, was my new best friend Fast forward to this morning, the sandwiches arrived and I was again super impressed. The sandwiches were awesome quality I'm pretty picky about bread and meat , and the presentation was also great! They were packaged in solid boxes, and the tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and pickle spears were placed in separate plastic containers, which fit perfectly in the buffet line. Great job, Firehouse Subs! Always a great experience!

Great service, smiling employees, even said Good bye as we left. Food was GREAT!
