Kazuki's at the Raglan - DAYLESFORD

I've heard great things about Casa Guerrero, so I stopped by for lunch with a few co-workers.

I am trying the new location. It's is the worst food I have ever eaten. It made me sick and couldn't even eat the chips.

We go to Casa Guerrero frequently Best Mexican food in the area. Great menu.

First trip to Daylesford for my husband and I. We could not book into the Lakehouse due to it being fully booked out on Saturday nights until end of October, but had read great reviews about Kazuki's so decided on there and we are so glad we did. There was a choice between 5 course for $110pp or 7 course for $140pp.We were able to view both menus before deciding and chose the 5 course. WOW.It was actually about 8 courses with all the extras that they bring out. The Moreton bay bug dumpling that everyone raves on about is out of this world. To get so many different flavours into one mouthful of food is simply amazing.The John Dory dish was my favourite. Again just so exquisite in taste. My husband couldn't decide on his fave being the wonton or the dessert. The black butter made with squid ink and nori is another added pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed every course. Highly recommend for a visit when in Daylesford.

Had the pleasure of eating here for my partners birthday. The service was amazing and the food was exceptional. The food came out at a good rate. We had the 7 course degustation and was worried t wouldn't fill us.. but it left me in food coma straight after the 3rd course. By the time it hit the desserts I felt like I was at a good level of full. The balance of dishes and flavours were great. Satisfied with my visit. This isn't a place to regularly eat at as it is pricey. Highly recommended for special occasions! (The black butter is to die for)
