Picked up 2 oatmilk lattes this morning (9-13) worst lattes we've had from 392, like warm, seemed like milk wasn't steamed enough and that brought temp and texture down, my wife couldn't drink hers. Sad experience from a long time customer! View all feedback.

Ordered one iced oat latte; took 25min; drink was horrid (they just have added sweetener; gave 2 stars because staff was friendly
Cute place with a fun vibe. Coffee and burrito were wonderful!
The one time I give $10 cash tip in the jar and my (2) super monkey I just order are like drinking warm, soupy chocolate milk. What happened? Then I see the cook wipe his hands on his jeans shorts and proceeds to finish someone order without gloves on. I say something to the manager. (Do you mind having the cook put some gloves on while he is making someone food) she stays Sure I 'll get right on that. It 's just terrible how she handled it. I ordered at 8:57. And by the time I left 9:05, I now know I will only go to the Davenport location on 3rd street.
This is the most high-end coffee place I’ve ever been to. I travel here for work often and plan to visit here whenever I can. Amazing service and very personable.
