What Didier Ladriere doesn't like about The Fat Cow:
Excessively expensive for a quite low quality. 37000 php for 9 people and only 4 steaks. 1 bottle of wine oxidised but not replaced 2 other bottles. Wine 5000 php in the 37000 php....just imagine how overpriced is that place. Much more than center Makati good steak house... Not your usual restaurant. Medium class should invest to experience the taste of their food. We're not disappointed. The food content is good and the taste is excellent! The place is clean, including its CR.
Chunky bark and delicate salmon with shrimp with a hauch curry taste are good, but lambskin are not recommended for too fat :
The food was delicious! we ordered angerus bark, black truffle paste, kawali salad and chicken parmigiano. the service was great and the staff was attentive to our needs. a great culinary experience:
Their food has exquisite and rich flavors that dance in your mouth. We celebrated 2021 father's day here by ordering beef salpicao, medium rare steak, and tomato based pasta (forgot to take a photo of this). While waiting for your food, you can watch how the chefs work inside the kitchen, which makes the experience made it more meaningful. Aside from the food, the staff complied with health and safety protocols to another level in fact. Upon entering, you are required to submit your contact details for contact tracing purposes, then pass through their sanitation mist, and scan the QR code for the contactless menu. When the food is ready, they have envelopes on the table for you to store your masks while eating. Lastly, each table has a portable alcohol dispenser that has a built in sensor so you don't need to hold the dispenser to sanitize your hands.
