Table ordered for 18:00h. Other guests who came after us were served before us. After over an hour, the food finally came. The complaint about it was very badly rejected by Kellner. Guest-friendly is different.
From the very first moment you were treated very unfriendly(from the boss. The food,(Lachsfilet, was dead-grilled in the contact grill. Very unfriendly all night. Hospitality is different. For the third and last time there. Delicious and friendly you can experience in the entire environment, unfortunately not there. Kindness hasn't hurt anyone yet.
After we had eaten in this place last year and were very satisfied, we experienced a pure disaster last week! We chose the lunch menu with preliminary soup, salad as well as once liver, once medallions and both food fell completely through. Well, soup and salad were absolutely fine, for that we had given 4 points, but then the meat came. In the liver, the first piece was completely psychic, the second was fine, the third undefined what it was at all! The medallions were totally dead, worse it really wasn't. If the staff had at least reacted appropriately, our judgment would perhaps have been a bit lesser, but what was going on here was unacceptable. The waitress, who cleared the plates, reacted to the complaints with an unfriendly one, I can now also make nix, the waiter, who then presented the bill, apologised briefly, but also with him the already almost rehearsed sentence: I can't do anything now. Well, we would have spontaneously had 2 options, either to shorten the bill or at least one espresso or two at the expense of the house, that would not have been too much. But to be acquitted and then to take the full price ice-cold, that's a shame! Overall, there was a very broad mood among the employees, free according to the motto: dear guests, please leave the money here, but just don't sit down, you disturb. In the neighboring table, the guests also experienced a strange gift. There the main course was first served, after complaint they received both the fore soup and the salad at the same time, so that then all 3 courses were standing together on the table. Another comment can be saved. It is really a pity what has happened here, because after the first positive experiences we experienced the Supergau so that we will avoid this restaurant until further notice. And the gastronomic is not supposed to jam about Corona, no, if the guests no longer come back here, it's about bad service, bad meat quality and a laityful preparation! And the greatest anchor also does not save the ship from falling.
Not so good and tasty for a long time. The location and the ambience just great. The restaurant can only be recommended, so the full 5 stars.
