Robins Donuts - Dartmouth

Are these guys ever open? Absolutely pathetic not a good sign when a business is closed by 4pm every day lol ive seen robins out in the country stay open until 8pm and thats the middle of nowhere. These guys cant even keep their doors open normal working hours.

Horrible I had to change my order 5 times because the only thing I could get is a coffee. They are a donut shop with no donuts, half of the things on the menu they did not even have. Would not go there again.

Terrible customer service absolutely pathetic. I drove from Halifax because of a specific muffin Robin 's has (pregnancy cravings) and was told this location is unable to get it from their supplier. I ordered something else and the young lady at the speaker could not hear me, so I had to yell my order, and she eventually told me to just come to the window. At the window, the older lady asked, What was your order? I repeated the order to her as I was pulling out my debit card, and she said the payment machines are down, to which I replied that I do not have cash. She said, She told you that at the speaker, which she absolutely did NOT. The one at the window said sorry in the least apologetic tone I 've ever heard. Extremely rude and condescending staff. I will never be back.

I remember when this place opened my dad said that it was in the wrong location and it would never last. That may have been the case at one time, but it in fact IS a great location with several condominium complexes nearby, construction workers and other labourers coming in for their morning fix, and Needs customers getting a coffee to go with their newspaper or 6/49 tickets. They have a couple of newspapers to read, the girls behind the counter are efficient and friendly (one of them remembered that I lived overseas and welcomed me back for my visit), and it isn’t rushed or harried service. They close fairly early, so get there before they lock up for the evening.

Tried 1 of there new chicken sandwiches, it was good, it said it came with bacon BUT neither 1 of us got bacon on our sandwiches ?
