absolutely disgusting to get a parking lot from the parking lot in Dartford, my mother took in law after dunelm, as she had never before had a great day a coffee while we bought something about my time in the parking lot...and refined. My wife and I went to buy curtains for our holiday home today and we were greeted by the most helpful shop assistant. Alice went above and beyond to assist us, and we greatly appreciate her exceptional service. Dunelm is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.
The manager was unpleasant and dismissive, but Nicole on the floor was incredibly polite and helpful. I would consider returning solely based on the positive interaction with her.
I visited Dunelm in Dartford with my wife. She needed to use the restroom, so I visited the cafe. There were not many tables available. I noticed that some tables were taken by people who were not eating or drinking. When my wife returned, I had been waiting in line for several minutes, and just before I could be seated, there were no free tables at all. I asked the person behind the counter what to do when there are no tables available, and she said that people get a table when they order food or drinks. I explained that I had been waiting in line alone, but he just shrugged it off. I complained to the manager, but was told that their customer service policies could not be justified or corrected. This is discriminatory, and I will not be returning. I would advise others to boycott this establishment and support others who do not discriminate against individuals dining alone.
I just wanted to say what a great staff they have. amy b was so helpful this week when she asked if I needed help after I saw myself sitting on one of the sofas. I wanted to order a carpet online. I had seen her business. I had asked another assistent whether the carpet is available to say that it is not only in the load (big soft gray carpet, but that it will take up to weeks to deliver it. Knowing how the things are recently affected with supply and demand, I have resigned to order and wait online. then Amy came along. she said she didn't think the information I just gave was correct and went on to check on her ipad. she said that it would show one on camp there and if this were not the case delivery could be until Friday this week, totally opposed to what I was just saying. she went and found the carpet I needed, and wore him to the documents, and said, if I wanted to go shopping, he waited for me. I continued to do business there and finished the expenditure there thanks to amy: it needs recognition for its excellent customer service.
