Popped in for a bite to eat and the food here is great! Prawn, chorizo and halloumi was decent, chicken and jalapeño main was amazing, so much chicken it was hard to finish it all and the chicken was cook perfectly. Top it off with the happy hour jug of freshly made sangria... perfect combo. First and defiantly not the last visit here 5* with really friendly staff, a must visit in Sydney View all feedback.
What Rolando Bartoletti doesn't like about Coco Cubano:
This place could, and should be amazing. Right on Taylor Square watching the world go by. But the staff are disinterested at best. We sat down and nobody came to give us menus, say hi or indeed clear the drinks from the previous patrons. Eventually I went to the bar and they served us. The mojitos were watery, mostly ice. Called in for a short break on Sunday morning 02/07/17 around 10:40am, plenty of outside seating and some comfy seats indoors. Pleasant staff on ordering my Cappuccino for AUD $3.90, decided to sit outside and watch the world go by at this busy intersection of Darlinghurst.
I liked because is very easy to go, good food and atmosphere. To have a beer or a dinner. I recommend.
Stopped by for a coffee on a lazy Sunday. The coffee was very good, staff friendly and relaxing background music
I have been twice to this lovely reastaurant in a perfect location in the Oxford Street gay area and that tells the whole story. I like it! Had a very nice salad on my first visit and a fab beef tortillas on my second. Service is very friendly Oz style, even though none of the staff are from here! lol! We got advice from the Brazilian waitress about what places to visit and she was very enthusiastic about her new home.
We were looking for a cool place to have a late lunch before the movies. Food is just cafe style (nothing wrong) with that but the service is poor with I don't care attitude. But the people watching is great.
