I ordered a sandwich on a plain bagel at the drive-thru, and they confirmed my order with me at least three times. I kept responding that everything was correct. However, when I got home, I found out that my sandwich was on a croissant instead of a plain bagel. If you’re going to double-check my order so many times, I don’t understand how it could still be wrong. There was no one else in line, so it wasn't like you were overwhelmed. It just seems that the order accuracy isn't there.
At 10 AM, they were serving stale donuts, and my sandwich looked like it was made by a child. Everything was cooked inconsistently; my bagel was barely toasted, and the bacon was cold. The staff seemed unprofessional and inexperienced. To make matters worse, there was a sign stating that if you were dissatisfied with the service, you could apply to help improve it. No, thank you! You wouldn’t be able to pay me enough to manage your business for a month. I’m not interested in running your establishment; I have a real job. What a ridiculous situation! I would rate this place 0 out of 10—simply a total disappointment!
The customer service was fantastic! Although I didn't catch her name, I believe she was the manager (she had blonde hair and worked the morning shift on April 29). She assisted my dad and me with our coffee orders and was very friendly. The macchiatos we had were absolutely delicious!
