We had two gyros and the chicken over rice platter. All of the ingredients tasted fresh the vegetables were crisp. My friend and I both said that the gyros were delicious! Large portions and very reasonable prices. The owner and his son served the food with smiles on their faces. My kind of people very welcoming we will be back again! !!!! !!!! View all feedback.
What Érica Cecília da Rocha grassi Grassi doesn't like about Halal Boys:
Ordered two platters of the lamb over rice and we both got sick. The lamb was tough and chewy and it all stuck together… within a few minutes of eating, our stomachs began to hurt. Never again. View all feedback.
Higher price than the stands and you don't get a free soda
Went to order on Uber eats and the way they have their app set up, you can 't complete your order unless you buy extra sauce for 50 cent which make no sense I don 't want extra sauce the scams these places run.
So Here’s my accurate reviewI’ve ordered an Chicken And Lamb Over RiceAnd a Lamb Over RiceAnd I Still highly prefer The Halal TrucksOver themFirst things firstOnce I ordered in PersonI’ve noticed The Owners Son was PreoccupiedDoing something elseWhen he stopped to make my order1. he Didn’t wash his hands at allAlong with touching screen refrigeratorPaper boxes an such2. lamb was not hot nor freshIt was watery pieces put on the iron grillBut it was more peppers n onions then lamb itself3. chicken was already done sitting up front not too much problem with that.4. prices for the same portion size as food trucks are wayyy higher5.I Truly believe that their lamb isn’t lambIt’s stripped steakCause that’s how tough it is.6. I was turned off already but obviously still hungrySo I tried to eat it anywayOnly for my stomach to start hurting soon as my first swallow (pause)First impressions are the best so I won’t be back
I received a menu while working, from someone I thought might be the owner. I told him I would be there for a lamb gyro and he praised his lamb as real and vendors as fake. Firstly I had a hard time finding parking and sasked if I could pay by credit card and pull up and someone run it out after seeing everyone double parked and no spaces in site. She said she would call owner. Your site offers curbsite pick up. I drove around block. When I came back infront all the double parkers were gone and I found a spot. I went in to hear both yelling about me expecting something they didnt want to do. The lady said she was going to take payment over phone with card and bring out to me. Your cook needs a chill pill. Now to the lamb gyro. I opened the sandwich to a big sloppy mess. I loved the smell but every bite of meat was grissle..I pulled all the meat out and ate what was left with a knife and fork. I would rather eat what is cooked on a spitt than ever order that again. I gave a business a chance. Do yourself a favor and look on You Tube how to make that meat that is eatable. Nice thin strips of meat, not grissly chunks.
