Bojangles - Danville

At sandplatz danville va about 8 o'clock, eating was terrible, ordered a steak biscuit with fries a steak egg and cheese and two senior coffee, the steak biscuit was cold and hard about the edges, fries was cold, the fries turned around and they were also not hot. at this point I said forget it. no more bojangles for me. so disappointed

Customer service was great. Food was hot and ready. The reason they didn't get 5 stars was because they forgot my FRIES. The nerve of them right?. I'm kidding

Very nasty unclean place spilled soda and dirty food bins seen threw glass window. Someone bit a Little Debbie snack cake and put it in a container... inside right were the food served to the public was ..crumbs and scraps all over each food bin. A huge bacteria festival. Chicken tenders were cold and not done. My husband waited forever for two fish sandwiches.

Awful service. Workers loud and visiting with each other rather than waiting on customers. Man behind me told them he was going to write them up. They said go ahead. One girl said they wouldn't get rid of her, she had been here 26 years. Then she gave me a regular tea instead of the large I was charged for. Gets worse every time I come here.

I ordered chicken supremes not nuggets. If I wanted nuggets I would have went to McDonalds. Next time I will be holding up your drive through until I'm satisfied with my order.
