Jimmy's Famous Beef Seafood - Danvers

Cannot beat the quality and price of their haddock sandwich, fries and coleslaw! Service is always great too!

I do like the food here.I come to this restaurant quite often. The counter service can sometimes be bad. It depends on who’s there. Tonight I went in and I was waiting to place an order. Another customer came in behind me. The lady at the counter knew the other customer and totally ignored the fact I was first in line and waiting.She proceeded to get the customer behind me his order first.I guess my time was less valuable and my business was less important.I was a regular customer. Not anymore.

Famous Beef and Seafood? Not! AC during hot humid temp outside didn't cool inside. It was like sitting in a sauna. Quick service. Seafood meal well below average in quality, cheap plastic knife bent trying to cut a partially baked potato. No alcohol.

I don't know what happened maybe there was a mixup. I have been here and never had an issue and maybe other people won't see this as a problem but last time we went here they put yellow cheese on our roast beef sandwiches. Not a fan at all. Just seemed wrong to me. Wish I took a picture but didn't. Curious if others had this experience? Give me the heads up like hey we changed our cheese it's the yellow one. Changed their beefs for me, won't go back.

Food is very good and service is great.Salads are fresh.Love the Roast beef sandwich and the chicken fingers!
