What Brian Hind doesn't like about Ihop:
Ordered 2 breakfast meals at 3 pmish on a recent weekday. Waitress said she had to cook the food because the cook up and left. Hash browns were tiny portion and burnt , eggs over easy were hard with broken yolks, 2 pancakes were dried out , very small and cold. The waffle was the only item that was properly cooked and size.Will never return to this location or likely others. View all feedback.
Very bad customer service, very slow, you can come first and the serve people come after you.
This was a horrible experience. I personally am a General manager of a restaurant so this visit upset me more than normal. We waited more than 35 minutes just to be greeted. Our drinks took another 25 minutes just to get coffee. It was 12 o'clock on Easter Sunday and they were completely out of apple juice, orange juice and all lemonade. The server seemed to be in the weeds and no one helped. The manager was no where to be found. When he finally decided to come out of the office he asked us if we were ok and I explained to him that we had been there for more than an hour and still didn't even have coffee, I also explained that the server was in the weeds and overwhelmed he just ordered someone else to grab us coffee and walked back to the office, never to be seen again. Our food finally made it to the table. My wife ordered a salad and when it arrived she was told that the restaurant was completely out of all dressings. She brought us 1 2 ounce souffle cup of honey mustard that she happened to find she said but I can tell it's shelf life had expired. I asked the waitress to please remove it from the bill and get us our check. I know Easter Sunday is busy but someone didn't staff or order properly. On top of that I am shocked that the manager wasn't locked in on expo and working the floor to make sure his guests had a memorial experience with their families. This was horrible management at its finest. I'll never return to this location. I just hope someone cares enough to look into this.

Love the service. Staff makes us feel at home, and the food is good.
