Very good. we had date night with another couple and we enjoyed all eating and drinking. Beer menu is limited (for my man who likes ipa) the ambiente is so bright and pretty, even in the bar where we sat on one. would like a little background music, as it was too quiet for a Friday night. Maybe they should look at a live singer or piano player for some evenings. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gallo Family:
I know that restaurants are only short employees. it took at least 15 minutes to order drinks and another 15 minutes to get the drinks, and the cosmopolitan was not very good. we had to ask for brot. our food ranged from poor to good. the pasta fagioli had almost no pasta and the beans were hard. the chicken pariello had hardly sharp paprika and the pasta (we asked to replace pasta with marinara) instead of the karto... Absolutely wonderful experience! eating was amazing. we're here for my daughter's birthday. but what the experience has made wonderful was our waiter steve. he was very nice and professional. the atmosphere here is amazing, they really feel like family and so comfortable when they eat here. overall, such a wonderful time. we will come back here soon and be sure to tell friends and family about it.
Mediocre food coupled with friendly but inattentive service. Not a fan. Wo'nt go back any time soon.
First time going there. At first seated at a tiny table but we were moved when we requested it. Our waiter did not seem very knowledgeable about the menu, had no enthusiasm and did not come to check on us for the entire meal. We had to ask the busboys several times for different things, like pepper grinder, refill , check, etc because our waiter was no where to be found.This was really unacceptable. The food was also very bland. Sauce was not tasty, did not even see nor taste any fresh garlic in our side dish of linguini.
Our dinner gathering was superb. I always look forward to a new restaurant and Gallo proved exceptional. The decor, service and food were above reproach. The family style appetizers were properly prepared and delicious. They were also plentiful. My meal, a lamb shank, was tender, falling off the bone. I will return, and soon.
