I’m excited that Ling Nam is finally reopening her restaurant at a brand new location next to the Manila Oriental Market! I was really impressed by their extensive menu featuring my favorite Chinese-Filipino dishes. I ordered the chicken inasal, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors blended perfectly with the side of rice, and I added two eggs for good measure. My mother also enjoyed her tokwa’t baboy, which was crispy and not too greasy. Marilyn greeted us with her charming personality and was consistently attentive to our needs. We definitely plan to return and bring our family and friends to enjoy our classic favorite!
