This the best authentic Hong Kong food around, must try the egg roll. Everything is made different but better. The food is always made fresh to serve and very fair priced. You will notice a lot of older customers that have been coming for years. I wish you guys would open one in rockwall! I am a big fan of Chinese food and have gone to many Chinese restaurants, Hong Kong Restaurant is by far the best of them all. If you are looking for a quick, budget, and quality Chinese meal then do yourself a favor and come here.
This place is sad. I wanted to give it a shot, but it was awful. It’s like they don’t know how to cook. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and Sesame chicken. Neither were decent. The Kung Pao chicken wasn’t spicy and was unlike any I’ve ever tried. The sesame chicken was a battered and fried chicken breast, sliced after the fact and drenched in sauce. Even the wontons were stale.
