Cheddar's Casual Cafe

2/5 stars Meet with family in town and literally this location didn't have hardly anything in stock or available for order. Server was friendly but wasn't as attentive as most. Maybe due to having many tables to service. To start off, they said they didn't have Henny Sunrise (Hennessey+OJ) but brought a drink with it in there after askingfor Hennessey. Maybe it was the name that they weren't familiar with. They also was out of ribs, broccoli and carrots. I ordered a pecan chicken salad and the chicken was cold and dry as if it has been sitting in the fridge uncovered. The broccoli and cheese was very very dry. Also, one of my guest requested ribs but they were out and while we were preparing to leave after paying the bill the server brought the ribs to next table. Maybe they received a truck....idk.... We will not be returning to Cheddars with type of service received. This was very embarrassing to say the least with my guest. This location needs to be followed up on before it's shut down. There were three other tables that complained of cold food or not fully cooked. This can seriously cause someone to become ill or die to food not being cooked to the right temperature.

It’s SOOOO dirty in here. Smells like literal pee. I had to ask for my seat and table to get wiped down because there was sticky residue on it just like the rest of the tables. Floors have crushed food alllll over them. Literally lost my appetite.

The place smelled like weed and my food tasted old on the other hand my server was amazing I think her name Dakysha she was very sweet and pretty very nice over the other servers at this restaurant 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t Recommend coming here

My food had paper in it..I called and talked to a manager she said it's was a label that had came off one of their containers...She promised a refund and a $50 gift card and never received not either

The food was fantastic. My server was very friendly and helpful. I just disappointed about no availability of artichoke dip.
