Domino's Pizza - Dallas

This restaurant used to be good, but since July they have been messing up. In July they had kept me waiting for an hour, reported to their buyer that it was delivered, but when I went to the store, my order was hardly prepared!!! And the manager had no problem telling me that. Fast to today: I made my order and made sure that all my information was correct (they had delivered many times before July). The driver today published on their tracker that the order was delivered. I called 10 minutes later to find out that supposedly the driver couldn't deliver because I didn't set my apartment number, which is a lie because they returned to my address. So they waited for me to find out they can't deliver. That's crazy!

The worst service ever!!!! An order abandoned and specifically told them Noooo meat only chickens and that is the first thing they did, I called back to get a refund and they told me to come back to the store, I go back and they closed.

At 11 o'clock Wednesday evening 26. October 2022 I called to put a pickup order and the phone ranked for 15min. Then when I came to the store, she was on her personal phone and spoke to a friend and said oh, that was my fault I'm sorry. And when I asked about a marinara sauce, she wouldn't even have one for the inconvenience. Bad customer service!

Came here super late and had the BEST experience with worker Caleb here!! Amazing conversation, attention to detail on my food requests, and above and beyond kind attitude ? I recommend this Dominos location to EVERYONE!

I plan to go to the location today.. Im sure its illegal for them MF after ordering online and hitting the button no tip paying 28.10 then i gave cash tipfor them to charge tip again at 33.10 hell no! They wont answer ok ill be shortly..
