What Joel Marion doesn't like about Carte Blanche:
Coldest restaurant we have ever been in! Asked to please raise the temperature several times they attempted but it felt like 60 degrees the entire time. Ice cold hands and we froze our way through dinner. Unfortunately ruined what would have otherwise been a great meal. We really enjoy going to this restaurant for breakfast. It's my favorite bakery in Dallas!
I made a reservation for my birthday at this restaurant, but they cancelled it without giving any explanation, just sending an email. It was very disappointing. I would advise against choosing this place for important events.

Phenomenal experience, service, and food. The music soundtrack for the night was a welcome but unexpected twist. Kudos to the entire Carte Blanche team!
Last night was our 5th time at CB. always great experience. the staff is amazing. good is awesome. couple of small glitches last night didn't have our reservation correct on the wine pairings and surprisingly there was a vein in our shrimp for that course. foie gras, halibut, boar all spectactular.
