Bobo China - Dallas

We went for lunch on 8/9/24!! No A/C!!! Lots of fans, but no cool air, restrooms were filthy…. No soap to wash hands, and smelled horrible! The sink was not draining properly, I turned on the water and the entire faucet pulled out of the holes where it was just stuck in! The Heath Department will be notified! They need to be shut down until they can get this place in shape…so sad!!! This is not good for business or loyal customers!!!

It was amazing the food was to die for I've never had such amazing food I will definitely be going soon and also the customer service was so good the people are so nice

Just had lunch there, take out. Horrible, the rolls were greasy, never seen anything like that, ordered fried rice and it was anything close to fried Chinese rice. Overall experience… really, really bad.

The food was cooked way too much!!! My tounge got burned from the chef over cooking it. The egg foo young is going for a whopping $17.99 . Mind you; these are not the prices listed on the Menu. . When I called back to tell the manager the food was overcooked, he didn't respond; he just let it go to voicemail. They don't know how to properly cook food, and they are not honoring the prices ? on their menu

I use to eat in this place many years ago and considerd a good place today July 9ty 2024 this place should be closed down since dogs food is more tasty than beef brokoly meat is hard as piece of shoe sole ot is a shame how low have become and blame it to the economy
