Creamistry - Dallas

I have the coco base with vanilla-bean flavor and keksteig-topping. I was happy to see that they clearly mark vegan options at least on their website. but there was a $1 charge for the vegan base and a $0.75 charge for the topping. So I paid $8 for a little cup of ice. it was good, but I wouldn't come back to this price.

I ordered the coconut ice cream with vanilla bean flavor and cookie dough topping. I was pleased to find that vegan options were clearly marked on their website. However, I was surprised to see a $1 extra charge for the vegan base and a $0.75 charge for the topping. Ultimately, I paid $8 for a small serving of ice cream. While it was tasty, I don't think I would return at that price.

Best banana flavored ice cream I have ever tried by far. Ice cream is definitely creamy. It is also fun to see the ice cream prepared with liquid nitrogen. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to many Creamistry locations all over the country. Two Indian women were working at this location in Dallas. One obviously didn’t know what she was doing and the other was too busy on her phone to help. It’s a $10+ milkshake. This place will be closed soon with service like this. You can’t charge premium prices and delivery bad service. It is not a combination that works for long.

Been to this location a few times before today. Today's experience was terrible and I will probably never come back. Not sure if it's under new management? Anyways, took about 15 min to get our 1 scoop of ice cream. I can tell the people who ordered after us were getting impatient too. We eventually got our order- great... but something was off. It doesn't taste like it used to. Kind of tastes like freezer-burnt glue? Also the entire place smells like sewage and all of the tables were very dirty/sticky.
