We ordered two combo meals and a five-piece chicken meal. Everything was hot and cooked perfectly. There was a small issue with the drinks in our order, a few were incorrect. However, the lady who brought the correct drinks to us was very apologetic and friendly. Mistakes happen, but it's all about how they are handled. She made sure everything was right in the end! I always have to wait at the drive-thru without anyone answering until I finally have to leave. The times they do answer are inconsistent. This place really needs new management. View all feedback.

The Reese's peanut butter cup with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce ice cream is delicious.
I ordered three meals and they were all placed in the smallest brown bag available. One of the meals was a chicken dinner in a box. Unfortunately, the bag ripped and all of our food fell to the ground. The chicken tenders were like popcorn chicken and very small, definitely not enough to satisfy an adult. The manager did not try to make up for the mistake and instead just kept interrupting me. I will never return to this restaurant again.
This was my second bad experience at this restaurant in a month. The first time, I didn't get a response at the drive-thru intercom after waiting for several minutes. I thought it was broken, so I drove to the front where there was a long line of cars behind me. This caused major confusion and after waiting for a while, I decided to leave. Giving it another chance today, I quickly noticed disorganization as I had to repeat my order three times for just two items. Moreover, the total was incorrect because it was 2:15 p.m. and I had ordered a slush, which should have been half price. I waited for a while again, but no one came out to assist me. Between the long wait and the potential overcharge, I have decided that there will not be a third visit to this restaurant.
