WENT TO PICK UP ORDER.WAS TOLD I HAD WRONG PIZZA HUT,ASKED PERSON WHAT THE ADDRESS WAS,AND SHOWED THEM MY EMAIL CONFORMATION,IT WAS THE CORRECT PIZZA HUT,THEY WENT AND LOOKED AGAIN FOR MY ORDER AND FOUND IT,NO APOLOGY FROM EMPLOYEE.SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE NOT TRAINED OR DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.POOR SERVICE. Everything was perfect.... the chicken wings are just a bit expensive.
You have an amazing staff that deserves a raise, the least thing that you could do is allow the payment machine to have tipping available. Every Pizza Hut does it and so should you. It’s the least thing to do for your employees to earn more.
