Boston Market - Cuyahoga Falls

Perfect fast meal, but this place is constantly sub par in quality, eating is burned in the rule, cold, and the cornbrot is more dry than a year old popeyes tocuit .

Driest and I mean the driest chicken on earth. Needed a gallon of water to drink to be able to eat it.sides were basically ok but mashed potatoes were burnt. So was cornbread. Girl working was nice enough but I ordered a 53.00 family meal and she Hans me a bag with broken handles. Don't plan on coming here again. Last time food was awful too

Place has store front damage, was there at dinner, and only two choices for sides, both potatoes and they were cold. No turkey nor meatloaf. Two girls waiting were nothing short of terrible, did not help the franchise name. Not sure if I will go back!Food: 2/5

First off I want to say I'm disgusted with Boston Markets business practices. Those ROTISSERIE NUGGETS are FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!? After purchasing a ridiculously over priced and undersized amount of what was supposes to be a 12 piece chicken nugget combo, I was given the SMALLEST side dish in a 1st world country if it's not 3rd by now.? To make matters worse the fountain drinks were all out of order except coke and (lite lemonade (whatever lite is? I wanted tea not soda but was forced to get a soda because THAT'S ALL THEY HAD!??‍???‍??? The employees were all youtube rock stars and the cashier was possibly high out of this world or morbidly trapped in a trance of confusion.??️️Two different sets of customers were waiting (one patient but the other group was outraged and wanted a refund while the employees just kept arguing that the manager wasn't available and didn't know when they were returning.? Shame, shame and more shame upon this establishment! Who ever is in leadership better shape up before you end up in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.??As I angrily chewed on these tiny nuggets I realized you don't want to be here and these micro nuggets are your cry of dismissal.? You're so pitiful now that you've fell to robbing your customers with lies and false images. Go out gracefully with refunds. You can't afford to stay in business anyway.

An excellent example of hard working people. Working with what they got to make big corporations work. Even though big Corp ignores their responsibility. Good for these employees. Food was great. Restaurant was clean.
