Rodolfo's Mexican - Cushing

Not bad. Most of the time you get a very filling food here. I'm more part of Chicken Chimichanga. One thing I notice is that the quality of meals is not always constant good... which is probably due to different chefs.

The food and service were both great! I recently went with a friend and we both enjoyed our food. I asked about Sweet Tea, Holy Smoke it was sweet, I asked her if I could have half sweet and half unsweet and it helped a lot! My friend got the lunch steak Fajitas and I got a bean Burrito with salad and tomatoes and decided to get cheese on mine. I try to stay with a strict vegan diet, but her white queen was hard to resist. You have vegetarian options and gluten-free options for those interested. I was disappointed by the women's room at least one stable was out of order and the baby changing station. I would like to change my rating to 5 stars when the baby changing station is fixed. Excellent service. Great tasting food. Price is a bit high. Had to ask for veggies to be added. Most of the plates do not have any.

Their homemade Salsa can't be beat. If you go in for lunch they have outstanding waitresses haven't been in the evening

Iconic Mexican restaurant in Cushing. Had their famous fajitas and was far from disappointed. The staff is incredible and very attentive during lunch rush. Will for sure be here again!
