Excellent pisco bar with a ton of variety. We had the spicy pisco sour and it was the best one we had in Peru. We did not try the food, but came here twice for drinks and entertainment. They even found me on facebook to tell me I left my credit card there. I would highly recommend this place for drinks. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Republica Del Pisco:
They were only seating reservations on first floor. When we entered we were asked if we had reservations and initially were not offered a seat. A manager did seat us and after, we did enjoy our drinks. A bit snobby servers, but good selection of drinks and good ambience. View all feedback.
We had lunch and drinks here and could not recommend it anymore! Our server, Alexis was very friendly, welcoming and recommended the best drinks! The food was so fresh and so good! The restaurant was clean, had great music and had a great, fun atmosphere! Don't miss this amazing place!
Yessica made my experience especially special. Traveling solo she helped me with how to get in contact with the manager for a pisco sour class and was wonderful while I was at the bar. Just know the music is pretty loud and it is a happening place. Thank you team!
Pasamos una exelente noche en este lindo lugar, la comida sabrosa y las bebidas muy ricas, mas la atencion y la alegria de la banda en vivo y el DJ mejor no pudo ser. Visitabamos desde Miami a celebrar cumpleaños y sinceramente la pasamos genial. Les recomiendo una visita para pasarla super si visitan Cusco, no se lo pierdan! We had such a wonderful night at this place, the food and drinks were really good plus the service and the good vibes from the live band and the DJ it couldn't have been better. We were visiting from Miami as we were celebrating birthdays and we truly had an amazing time. I strongly recommend a visit if you wanna have fun if you ever visit Cusco, don't miss out!
