I ordered a triple deck with double extra cheese and it was ready before I expected it.. I was very happy to be able to see that there was extra cheese as requested and the promptness the order was prepared in.. thanks to Zanele Shelembe whom I was told prepared the order. I will definitely be coming back after such an excellent experience View all feedback.
What Caitlin L doesn't like about Debonairs Pizza:
Absolutely appalling service! Ordered a pizza for delivery was told it would take 15 min, the pizza came 1 hour 30 min later just as we were driving out the gate to come to the store and see what was happening. Ladies on the phone are shocking and their service is disgusting!!!!! Pizza came cold. Tried calling the ladies over 30 times and when they finally answered the phone got put down. Pathetic service by no Jah. Did not serve me for 10minutes.
Waited 20 minutes to be told my order has not been made... I was given an order that was purchased online that did not have the extra cheese very dissapointed by debonairs in Howick never going there ever again worst service i have seen across all debonairs i have been too
