Nice experience. nice and cozy place with the possibility to have lunch outside. the menu sought both in the choice of the first quality ingredients and in the realization and ranges from traditional dishes, made in modern key, dishes inspired by fusion, presented impeccable. kind and prepared staff who guided us in the choice of dishes and wine. Try!
Recommended! each dish, from appetizer to dessert had a combination and a balance of perfect and well-designed flavors. Piedmont cuisine with a touch of modernity with a refined goto. the staff of the room was kind, attentive and prepared. thanks for the beautiful culinary experience if you go from the harp center do not miss this opportunity to get their kitchen!
Nicolò is really good in the kitchen, his dishes are fantastic, even a simple joke becomes special and the mother carla in the room is an added value!
Over time, Nicolò 's already excellent cuisine has further improved. Thanks also to the addition of Andrea Serale, a talented and promising Italian chef, to the staff, new flavors and aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is significantly more extensive, not so much in terms of labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices to satisfy every palate—and every budget. The service is excellent, as always, and handled with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent, so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper for me. Due to work reasons, I won 't be able to dine at amae this week, and they 'll be closing on Saturday. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will be closing, and it 's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to try it. Do it, it 's worth it. Glad I was able to go again this evening. Thank you Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.
