While some diners have found pieces of hair in their food and experienced poor service, others praise the authentic flavors and friendly staff. The quaint atmosphere is praised, and the menu offers a variety of options for both spice lovers and those seeking milder dishes. Parking is limited, but the food quality and speedy service make it worth a visit. Overall, the restaurant is recommended for those looking for flavorful Thai food in a cozy setting.
Can’t believe they cant make real Tom yum soup, tastes like Chinese herbal tea, I didn’t see any lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal, and cilantro. Other food… just so so.Food: 1/5
Food was great it was fresh. I have the luncheon special and I had eggplant. It was spectacular..Food: 5/5
Swanya Thai is an outstanding Thai restaurant. The flavors of their dishes are truly authentic, transporting you to the streets of Thailand. Everything we ordered was tasty. The service is attentive and the ambiance is inviting. A must-visit for Thai food enthusiasts.Food: 4/5
I really like this place for their Pad Thai, but this is the second time that I've come here and found little pieces of hair in my food. I would really appreciate it they enforced the the use of hair nets in their kitchen. Super disappointed after giving them a second chance.
Darn shame this place used to be good. Ordered curry, ingredients listed as thai eggplant, green beans, green pepper, (which I can eat in small amounts) Dish had 2 (Two) bite size pieces eggplant, 4 pieces green bean 1 1/2 inch long, and about 18 pieces of green pepper, which really smell up the table. I have worked in restaurants, Ingredients are listed in order of amount in the dish. I told the waiter this and he points out the 2 (literally) tiny pieces eggplant. Then he tells me they are out of red pepper, (irrelevant) and get this no one has complained about this. I don't go out to be argued with, and treated in a snotty manner. I also learned in the restaurant business you don't argue with your customers. That's how to lose them, which he did.
