This popular neighborhood bar, located across from Sony Studios, is famous for its excellent drinks, dimly lit atmosphere, tasty bar food, and lively karaoke nights. The service is exceptionally friendly. We had the pleasure of sitting at Kelly's bar during our visit, and she is just as cool as the bar itself! Backstage is fantastic with its history with the Wizard of Oz and just great people on both sides of the bar!!
We came here on a Wednesday evening and the service was excellent. They have indoor and outdoor door seating and there's a sister Tavola right on the same block.Calamari: It was good. Nice and crispy.Burrata: the best burrata I had ever tried. Highly recommended!!
Just needed a place to talk some bizness. Didn't know they sold food and I didn't notice the name was more than Backstage. Backstage and Grill. My associate wanted to drink a few beers. I don't drink alcohol or sodas so I asked for a virgin piña colada. They had none. I decided to compromise a little so I asked for a Michilada. They had none. So I asked for tomato juice with just a small amount of beer. She brought me a small amount of tomato juice and a whole beer.???
