I believe Papa John's is the best pizza chain. The service I received today was quick and friendly. There was only one girl working, and she was efficient and courteous. I will definitely be returning in the future. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
The service was subpar, as they were out of paper plates when I asked for them. They only provided 3 or 4 packs of pepper and Parmesan cheese, which seemed stingy. I have had similar experiences before and decided to stop ordering from this location. In comparison, Domino's Pizza offers a better deal with more generous portions of toppings and condiments. I have not ordered from papa john’s in a long time, because of several consecutive negative experiences, but I decided to order from them today, and I could not be more satisfied with them! my food was supplied by a friendly driver and the food was just as I ordered it and so hot that I had to let it sit for a while before I took a bite! flavor was also delicious!

We ordered ahead of time to get 3 pizzas for a child's birthday party and then we went to pick them up and they were closed. I'm very disappointed at the lack of communication and I really hope to get our money back.
If they agree to do promo card where you buy one pizza at regular menu price get another one that is equal or lesser value for free and it is for that store and good untill 01/31/2022 you need to honor it not just tell the customer oh we decided to stop doing the promo!!!!!!
