Arby's - Cullman

I've never been here before, but the staff was very friendly and friendly. They were not very busy and made it a point to smile and chit chat. The food was excellent and as advertised :

This situation was on the way to our extra-urban workplace. The border was really sweet and friendly, but maybe a new rent. I asked for a bun without sesame seeds and usually got a bun. But somehow ended with Texas toast size wheat bread. I am not sure why or how this happened

We hardly eat fast, but on the way home was and needed something quick. The Burger King next door was the first choice, but no dinner, we went to Arby's. Food was great, hot and fresh, service was great, people were friendly and inside was clean.

Had the double meat reuben sandwich here after a recommendation. Drive-Thru and it was fast. The staff was friendly. My order was correct. The food was super hot and I was really surprised how good the sandwich was!!

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I ever had with an Arby. When I get into the drive-thru window, the guy doesn't even welcome me asking for my payment, then if he doesn't tell me the food hands to hold my bag on a moment or thank you for even being here He just turns around and starts to take someone else's order, so I pull out and notice that he gave me only half the food, so I pulled back in front of the building and park, calling and bringing the lady to me When I moved around, I noticed that, although the dining room is closed, three or four people are hanging on the front desk that do not work there, do not wear masks and at least two of the employees do not wear their masks correctly literally one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had on an Arby's somewhere in the country.
