I ordered twice from here (I try to give places a second chance). tonight I tried to order from here for the second time. I ordered by rappi. After waiting for an hour for the pizza, I received a notification that the restaurant has canceled my order because the restaurant was too busy. absolute bs. View all feedback.

Finding a decent pizza in Mexico is quite difficult, and even more if you mean real Neapolitan pizza . And that 's because pizza in Mexico means most of the times something similar to Domino 's or Pizza hut 's style food. Santino is one of the few who...make a different pizza that tastes and looks closer to the real thing invented in Naples in 1820. But yet there is a lot to improve before it can match the real neapolitan delicacy. There are a couple of other places in Mexico City where the pizza is even closer to what the original recipe prescribes, but Santino 's product is not bas and, especially if you have never been to Naples, it can meet your expectations.
Santino serves delicious food. The Spaghetti Fruti di Mare could have had a bit more shrimps and stuff like that in it but it was still good. The crepes con cajeta were absolutely fabulous. Also the price is right, for food quality, amount and service...absolutely fair. I'll definitely go again. Recommend to anyone who likes Italian food (they have everything, pasta, pizza, steaks...
The appetizers were great and the soup too. Pizza was one of the good pizzas i've tasted in mexico city. The chocolate crepe as dessert was AMAZING
We arrived by 3:30 pm, and the place was nearly empty. It took to them around 15 min to bring beverages. However, the experience improved considerably as time passed. We ended up eating a delicious pizza and very nice cajeta creppes! Congratulations to the chef!!...But guys, you need a new manager. Setvice is just average, not corresponding to the eating experience. So, when you come to this place, bring all of your patience with you! Will be worthy!
