Italianni's Pasta, Pizza & Vino

A Mexican friend and I ordered a simple meal, for me Fettucini alfredo, for him pizza and red wine We expected warm food delivered at the same moment. Not like that. The fesselini first arrived on a cold plate, Lukewarm. We asked for a hot plate with hot food. Second time for still lukewarm food on a cold plate. The third time around it was good as it should be. Then another surprise. The pepper mill was completely empty. To summarize: bad show, not professional. My Mexican friend asked for everything very clearly in Spanish. Taste of food was good, but the whole presentation was a ****

Nice place for chain restaurant. Good menu and over average chardonay. I appreciate very good service from the messers, but the food came cold even the restaurant was quite empty

On Thursday alone at Reforma 22. Once people arrived, the waiter couldn't handle it. The hostess was no help for him, poor guy. Dirty tables and more people arrived. You have to hire buses and... food-runners. Total management problem. Pizza was good, wine was expensive, but good. I'm going back and hoping for a better waiter.

Excellent food in an upscale chain restaurant. You cannot go wrong! the night we went to the nearest location, there was a young women singing incredible renditions of opera hits. The food and service were incredible. The price was astonishing low. Extremely clean and elegant....To bad our Olive Garden and Pizza Hut can't be as nice as this!!!!

We can have a simple Sunday brunch before going to El Palacio de Bellas Artes for a classic music concert at noon, but nothing really came out. The waiters were confused about everything. Meals arrived, but you had to be returned because... it wasn't what was ordered, and the other one was fine, but the Papaya fruit dish never arrived. When the bill came, there were various extras that should not have been there and it had to be corrected, but when it came back, it was not correct yet. We paid and went to the concert without challenging it again.
