I was only from Friday the 10th to Saturday the 11th of May. The plan was to stay until the 12th, so 2 nights were paid for. Error: a bungalow that does not meet what you are looking for for the price 2,200, very small pool and even if you play music they go and make you turn it off, this happened to another guest, none of us who were there bothered us. We decided to leave because booking offered the same bungalow with an ocean view but they asked us to cancel and oh surprise with the change, it no longer had an ocean view. So when we left they questioned us that our departure was for Sunday, just as I told them there were things that I didn't like, the receptionist just made fun, we handed over towels and keys while they were checking the bungalow, she didn't say that they had given us 5 towels, To which I responded, your partner delivered 4 closed packages and she accommodated them and another joke so I ended up saying what are you complaining about? We paid for 2 nights and we only used 1 so that's where they take the supposedly missing towel from. Which we don't use since we bring our towels. Fatal. Go better to Laguna del Tule bungalow, better service, more spacious, ocean view, 2 pools
