Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Crum Lynne

I ordered online and picked up in the register. Half of the dining area was closed with chairs tilted on the table. There were still children fed around the dining area. My 5 piece has only 4 and they forget that the sauce is listed on my order in the bag, so I had to ask. Check your bags before you go. Didn't open the box until I got home.

LESSON LEARNED.. I'm with fast food places, especially this place. This bad employee in the drive thru used my debit card to almost $20 worth food for me don't know who!! People are so disgusting and fabulous. My debit card was wrapped in the receipt when she gave it back to me, but I didn't put it right away in my wallet. I sat in the passenger seat (big mistake). When I went into my driveway, I took my stuff and when I put my card in my wallet, I realized she gave me another debit card! I called the store SEVERAL times, but nobody answered. When I checked my bank account, I saw the $22 from my order and another transaction from Popeyes for almost $20!!!

Bad location no matter if it is not busy, sit and wait forever in the car thru. There were only 3 cars in the line and 3 cars parked. But only to place my order took 15 minutes. So terrible, every time I go.

I thought all Popeyes were the same, right? I have the 5 pieces for $6.99 and let me tell you how I eat 2 pieces and ran directly on the bathroom. Uuuggg. I should have known it wasn't right. It wasn't hot, not even warm. My stomach was taken for two days. I went to other Popeyes and I never went through this. I'll never go to this again.

Website says they close at 10pm but we pulled up at 9:30pm and they told us they were close when 9/10 they just didn?t wanna make more food and their lines always moves so slow, need to get faster and better workers in there or location needs to treat workers better so they?d actually wanna work. Also they charge you for a regular drink if you just want a cup of ice ?. CUP OF ICE!
