Shows open on Easter (other locations show closed), sounds promising. Order on the website, pick location, all is good. Spend 15 minutes customizing the family order, no problem. Hit check out, “closed, sorry”. Terrible customer experience, come on guys. View all feedback.

Food was great as always. I ordered the Wreck and it was fresh and warm.

Potbelly sandwiches always deliver on quality… friendly employees and clean establishment… recommend over similar lunch options.
Good food Notorius for Closing before 8p. I've been here at least 2 other times, and they have closed BEFORE 8P. Just post that you all close at 730p and stop wasting our Gas!
