Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Absolutely love our local Freddy's! The staff is always friendly, our order is always correct, the food tastes every time you see that they are cleaning the dining room/kitchen areas when it is time. Not to mention her reward program is great, so we usually eat here 2-3 times a week!!

Freddy has great food. We love their burgers and they have some of the best pommes. If you like the thinner crispy shoes, you will love them. Make sure the fry sauce dips them. As great as the burgers and pommes are, my favorite thing about Freddy's is the shawl. I'm a big chocolate shake fan and Freddy's is my favorite!

About Steak and Shake! Freddy's here to take over the city! Fresh, hot burgers. Crisp frites. Delicious cheese curds! Here in Michigan, we don't have Freddys and it's pushing me out. Great prices, friendly staff.

First timer! And was amazed! The place was packed, and people just kept coming in, that rose my expectations even higher. Walked up to order, had questions about the menu, the guy helping me which seemed to be a manager was super helpful! Ordered, my milkshake was ready shortly after, THE CREAMINESS!! Ooohhh delicious!! It took about 10 minutes to get my food, the place was packed but food was coming out very quick considering how packed it was. But my food was piping hot, which means super fresh and crispy fries. Fries unlike any other french fries I have ever eaten, the burger? Outstanding, wish they were bigger but it was just enough in combination with everything else. As I was eating the person who helped me ordering, passed around the dining room asking people how was everything if they needed anything and cleaning whatever trays were left on tables. This experience was great! I had always look forward to try this place and now that I did it was completely worth it and now my favorite burger and milkshake place!

I went with little expectation, but I was wrong. Once you place your order in front of the restaurant, find your table and wait until your number is called. Waiting was less than 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot. We ordered double-burgers and pommes. When you're done, take the tray to the waste area, but workers go around and ask if they can do that for you. The staff were very nice and attentive.
