We went for the drive around the Gorges des Verdon which takes a couple of hours, depending on how long and often you stop and it was way after 13:00 (when most restaurants stop serving) but we were famished. Luckily, this restaurant served right through; it is located right at the border of the lake St. Croix with a nice, shaded terrasse. The waitress was very cheerful and friendly and the fish and chips a treat. No... View all feedback.
What cofrem doesn't like about Les Terrasses Du Lac:
Considering the location we did not expect high cuisine and it was ok. However very disappointed that they did not respect any COVID measures. Pass was not asked and tables were close together, staff had their masks under their nose/chin! Did not feel safe… View all feedback.
Classic French food for lunch. Welcomed, and accommodated to seat close to the terrasses and view. It was end of June, so not yet the full tourist crow.

The view from the restaurant is worth coming to for a meal or a drink. The pizza and salads tasted fresh and delicious, and the restaurant is very clean. Service can take a bit longer during busy times, but all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
We've been in Provence in end of June 2019 and making a tour we finished in this small town Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon. The owner of the chambre d'hotes were we stayed told us to go have a dinner in this restaurant for the awesome view on the lake and for the nice dishes. He was right, the view is outstanding and we catched the sunset! About the food, well, we both pick the entrecote (my one along with a roquefort sauce apart) and it was great, perfect cooking, high quality meat, quickly served , can't have better! Then we took some ice cream and it was fantastic too!! Price is in the average, we absolute advice this restaurant!!
