This place is great! You have some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Your drinks are made with high-quality ingredients and we had to buy a few bottles to take us home. I love sending them out nationwide so that I can send my in-laws a treat! I also bought their cocktails book from them, yes theirs so good! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Montanya Distillers:
unfortunately nothing to say about this place. I booked on 1/15 until open table for dinner. When I came there, they could not find my reservation and said they had no availability. So I went over the road to the broth shop where I found a place at the bar and had a great meal. View all feedback.
I have the Ahi Poke bowl and it was excellent. They gave you a generous amount of tuna and it was perfectly cooked. I also have a smoked Greyhound. I've been drinking here before. Sooo good. Oh, and I almost forgot the bacon wrapped Jalapeños. You should get something!
Wow, I mean wow! My daughter took us here for lunch and the food was awesome! The mortar and pestal they use to make the drinks are cool and the mixed drinks are absolutely amazing! This is a must stop in the entire state of Colorado. Just do it, you will be happy.
Only had drinks no food but service was great and quality and uniqueness of cocktails is awesome.
Excellent craft cocktails the server from Wyoming forgot her name, was excellent. Wished there was a protein rich appetizer rather than hummus and veggies, and cheese. Had to Eat at the Public House beforehand. Bought 2 bottles of the rum second time visiting from Boulder. Love the concept. Could be cool to do a tour of the Distillery???
Fantastic cocktails. We are not rum people but will have a more open mind toward rum due to this place. Balanced and innovative cocktails
