My daughter and I were cold and hungry and only passing through Crecy when we spotted Angelo’s restaurant, when I spotted confit de canard on the specials board I couldn’t resist. It was good, perhaps a little too much fat/oil for some but not for me. The sautéed potato was good with lots of garlick. I went here on recommendation of Tripadvisor reviews and normally happy with my experience. Not this time. I had the formula menu, the salad was fine and the best part of the meal, the mixed grill was terrible, the steak was chewy, tough& near raw and have no idea what was in the sauasage, it was big chunks of meat or ? whatever (maybe offal, I do not know) couldn't eat this. First visit following the recommendation of friends. plates and quality products, even for the child menu, it is a fresh chopped steak. I took the salmon tagliatelles, excellent. my husband enjoyed his pizza and he is very demanding at this level. warm welcome. very pleasant terrace.
We could only order pizza. are excentes, fine pasta and unsaturated in salt. Perfect service. I recommend 100
Good atmosphere, good pizza, excellent service. I only put 4 stars just because my pizza was all wrapped (I like the real Italian pizza well cooked but there it was really cracked on all the underside) and that the bacon was not at all cooked. But I'm ready to give a second chance, I'll be right back.
