Lou Umberto's Italian Kitchen

Best pizza in Northeast! I was raised in big Italian family in Boston and have been exposed to great food and pizza and so I know good pizza. I can honestly say, the crust, sauce and topings are cooked fresh daily. Nothing is frozen or cooked in advance at Umberto's. The owner and head chef Louis Umberto is gifted young chef and he clearly puts tremendous effort into ensuring his pizza is fresh and cooked to perfection every day. Up until this week the margarita pizza was my favorite until I tried his pepperoni, and now it's my new favorite. If you love pizza and Italian specialty foods Louis Umberto's Italian Kitchen is your best option in New England.

Great food, wonderful service and a very clean place. Authentic Italian food with a lot of daily specials. I highly recommend this wonderful place and will definitely be going back there time and again.

The food is excellent! It's the most authentic Italian food that I've had in this state! I've visited several times in the past 2 weeks and I have not been disappointed with any of the food! Maybe just a little more organization with check-out which would make the experience an awesome one. Maybe designating 1 or 2 cashiers will speed things up. But, I'm sure, that will come with time and good management. But the food is to die for!!!
