Wendy's - Cranbrook

The food was OK, but the restaurant floor looked like it hadn't been moped in a week. It was filthy. We picked up our food and walked to a table and noticed how much mud and dirt there was. If I'd have noticed that first we would have walked out.

Fast, friendly, order done correctly, food prepared well, our double and triple burger combos were completed in 3 minutes when we went through drive through.

Typical Wendy’s along the highway.. what’s cool is that they have an outside seating for the people who loves the sun.

I just got home from ordering a double burger and it was still pink in the middle. I had a liver transplant less than 3 years ago and have a weakened immune system and any biological hazard could be fatal for me. I will not be ordering from this one again, if they're going to serve half-cooked, potentially hazardous food. They were fast but TOOOOOOO fast. Had to throw it out after the first bite!

Ordered a simple summer treat. Asked for 5 medium frosty. 2 chocolate and the rest are vanilla. I got the other way around. I didn't check not until I reached home. The staff was very friendly, but when it comes down to taking the right order this is their downfall.
