Food was late by 50mins but the duty managers made up for this with compliments. Food was fantastic as always. Well done Cramlington Nandos

First time at cramlington Nando's and could not fault staff or food or the time our order arrived. Will visit again.lovely.

It's a Nando's, obviously, so amazing as their chicken is, nothing too special ; Ordered a takeaway at lunchtime, which was served promptly and on time. I would advise getting there early if going for lunch, not because the venue was busy but parking at Manors can be a nightmare. Staff friendly and polite. Would visit for a sit in meal (have done in the past on an evening and again, staff friendly and polite, service was good .

Staff were polite and friendly, but food took a little while to come out despite the restaurant being nigh empty. staff cited kitchen troubles. The power went out for a brief period. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
