What Natan Matos doesn't like about La Jarocha:
View all feedback.
Hidden Gem and With the closing of Mister Taco, this restaurant has stepped up to the plate. Great Tacos al Pastor. Also try the queso fundido. Great value no frills and service. No tourists here, only locals. Authentic Mexican restaurant
We discovered this place in 2016 on our first trip to Cozumel. Now we are back in 2 years later and could not get the place out of our heads. We literally rented a car and drive around looking for it. We found it and had a ton of the el pastor tacos each (the rest is also delicious but the best is el pastor tacos!! . It’s also comfortable and quiet which is great when travelling with family! Just don’t forget cash they don’t take cards (but there is an ATM on the corner .
We have eaten breakfast here on two different days. Pancakes are light and tasty even without syrup. Breakfast specials are reasonably priced and wait staff is very helpful.
