I think the GM of this store is a very unhappy and rude person. She has a severe attitude problem and needs to treat people better she’s always very negative and always has a very unhappy look on her face even when we are complimenting her employees. If you are the franchise owner, please take note - this restaurant needs more employees for late night shifts. Covington can get very busy late at night, especially on weekends, and having only 2-3 workers means that customers have to wait 20-30 minutes just to look at the menu. The bathroom was not clean. It looked like someone had recently cleaned the men's sink. The food was just okay. The restaurant appeared to be relatively new and well-maintained.
I was not impressed with this restaurant. The shift is poorly managed by Sonya/Tonya. I would not recommend it and will not be returning.
Food was lukewarm at best I asked the manager Donna for help with a coupon she did not seem to want to help me at all whatsoever and pretty much brushed me off. It probably doesn't matter to me them, but I will not be returning this location
If you're going to lock the door at 9pm anyway then take your false sign down. That's pathetic management.
